Hi there, I wanted to share some feedback about my recent visit. The portion sizes for the price were a bit concerning. When I go to McDonald’s, I understand it’s fast food and the portions match the price. But when I first came to Five Guys, the experience felt different — the bag was filled with fries, and the burger on the side really made it feel worth it. This time didn’t feel the same, and I just wanted to let you know. Thanks for taking the time to hear my feedback.
I was in town for a meeting at a nearby shared working space and was happy to notice a Five Guys in the neighborhood. It had been a few years since I'd had it and was looking forward to what I remembered to be a very delicious burger. A little before noon on a weekday the location wasn't super busy but by the time we left at 12:30 it was pretty packed. The staff were friendly! Burger was SOOOO good. Agreed with some of the comments that its a bit pricey however the standard cheeseburger does come with two burger patties so it kinda evens out. But yes, burger was amazing. Fries were good too although I had to get refill of my drink they were rather salty. All in all great experience. Hoping a Five Guys opens in my city before long, could eat a couple of those a week!
Had a really good experience here. Service was quick and efficient, which is always appreciated, especially when you’re hungry. The food was freshly cooked and tasted great, with good quality ingredients. I also liked that peanuts are always available, which is a nice touch while waiting. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and made the experience smooth from start to finish. The place itself is a good size with plenty of seating, so it doesn’t feel cramped even when it’s busy. Overall, it’s a reliable spot for fresh food, fast service, and a comfortable dine-in experience.
The burgers are somewhat pricy but always worth it, the one thing that I would say is that a toasted bun is the only upgrade that could be made. The toppings are free and a regular burger comes with two 6oz patties; making the burger super filling and surprisingly not greasy at all. Fries are always great, and the free delicious peanuts are the cherry on top!
I normally do not eat beef burgers, but with the hamburgers at Five Guys being so good, I make an exception when I come here. When I want to eat a Five Guys burger in Ottawa this is the location that I normally go to. I find the service here very good, the burgers amazing, and the serving of fries to be generous.
Wow, some of the best fries I’ve ever had! The fries are freshly cut and fried and you can really taste it. They are fried in peanut oil that is really strong tasting, but personally I don’t mind. Really liked how they were transparent about where their potatoes came from. Also loved the milkshake with unlimited mix ins, and caloric info right on the order board! I can’t comment on the burgers but my experience here was really good! Very clean and free refills on sodas - unbeatable.
A great experience this time around. I became sick eating here a while back but decided to see if things got better. It did. I came at a non busy time so I had great service and a clean restaurant. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. A word or warning though, please avoid this place if you are allergic to nuts and sesame. Great burgers done the way you want them plus more fries than you can possibly imagine. It's the first time I couldn't finish a meal. A little more expensive but it's worth the cost.
